Meet the owners

Hello there! I'm Vicky, and my world revolves around dogs. My journey has taken me through roles as a veterinary technician, groomer, and licensed nurse in two states. I also had an eye-opening experience at Jungle Exotic in California, where I interned with a team caring for animals featured in TV, films, and commercials. Despite all these adventures, my heart has always belonged to canines—they’re my greatest passion. This love led me to open our dog boarding and daycare center in the spring of 2017.

My husband Ryan, co-owns and operates Ruby's K9 Corral with me, albeit from behind the scenes. With expertise in construction, design, and consulting, Ryan is the creative mastermind behind our facility’s layout and build. His skills keep our space pristine and well-maintained, both inside and out. Besides his handywork, Ryan also helps with dog handling and training.

Outdoor enthusiasts, Ryan and I love fishing, boating, biking, and hiking picturesque trails, drawing inspiration from nature to make our center as eco-friendly as possible.
